Mô tả công việc:

  • Responsible for developing functional requirements and functional design documentation, supports, testing and training.
  • Gathers, reviews, analyses, and evaluates user needs.
  • Act as a primary liaison between business users/BSAs and IT project team.
  • Elicit, document and manage functional requirements and rules.
  • Facilitate functional requirements walkthroughs and respond to Test team ambiguity review questions.
  • Design use cases, functional specifications, reports screen prototypes.
  • Review test cases.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, developers, Test team, business users/BSAs and may interact with architects.
  • Contribute to user guides, reference manuals, training materials and code release artifacts as appropriate.
  • May mentor more junior staff members.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Over 2 years business systems analysis experience or comparable business experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive Proficiency (Level 3): Deep understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Extensive Proficiency (Level 3): Strong expertise in System Testing methodologies.
  • Extensive Proficiency (Level 3): High level of Accuracy and Attention to Detail in all deliverables.
  • Working Experience (Level 2): Proven ability in Requirement Analysis and Business Process Design/Modeling.
  • Working Experience (Level 2): Hands-on experience with Modeling techniques (Use Case, Data, Process, Events).
  • Working Experience (Level 2): Proficiency in Technical Writing and Documentation.
  • Working Experience (Level 2): Solid grasp of IT Project Management, Standards, Procedures, and Policies.
  • Business & Analytical Competencies: Operational Insight: Good understanding of organizational functions and core application systems.
  • Business & Analytical Competencies: Strategic Thinking: Ability to assist in tactical and strategic planning, as well as business assessments.
  • Business & Analytical Competencies: Problem Solving: Strong Analytical Thinking and Critical Thinking skills to support effective decision-making.
  • Interpersonal & Management Skills: Communication: Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal & Management Skills: Facilitation: Strong facilitation and relationship management skills to bridge the gap between business and IT.
  • Interpersonal & Management Skills: Leadership (Level 1/2): Foundational knowledge of Team Building, Leadership, and Delegation.
  • Experience managing in a Matrix Environment and handling organizational change.
  • Commitment to high-quality Customer Service Management.
  • Notes: Level 1 is Basic Understanding / Level 2 is Working Experience / Level 3 is Extensive Experience / Level 4 is Subject Matter Depth & Breadth.
