• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Industrial Parks (IP/IZ) and consulting companies.
• Conduct regular visits to industrial zones to gather market intelligence and identify potential clients.
• Build and continuously update a database of foreign-invested companies (including Japanese, European, Asian, and American companies).
• Introduce the company’s services to prospective clients and explore potential construction project opportunities.
• Prepare visit reports and provide updates to management on market trends, client activities, and potential project leads.
• Evaluate potential customers and support initial communication when project opportunities arise.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Skills:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, client development, or business development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with Japanese and other foreign clients.
• Good reporting, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Language: Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
- Other Requirements: Willingness to learn about the construction and industrial market.
- Possesses strong presentation skills, including proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint), as well as the ability to record information effectively and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) reports
