BIM engineer(Revit/Architecture - 28407

The company is a reputable Japanese general contractor that has established a solid presence in Vietnam, providing high-quality design and construction services for industrial factories and warehouses. With offices covering major regions in Vietnam, the company caters to Japanese manufacturers by delivering Japanese standard quality through constant on-site supervision.

They are currently looking for a skilled BIM Architectural Design Engineer to strengthen their technical team and handle localized projects successfully. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating architectural models using BIM tools and maintaining smooth technical communication with Japanese management.

【Responsibilities】
-Create and develop 3D architectural models using BIM software for industrial factories and warehouses.
-Produce precise architectural and structural drawings based on client specifications.
-Collaborate with on-site engineers to ensure design feasibility and technical accuracy.
-Review and modify existing drawings to match specific project modifications.
-Check for interferences and clashes within the models to prevent field errors.
-Control and manage design project schedules to ensure timely project deliverables.
-Coordinate closely with the Japanese management team regarding design progress.
-Prepare technical documentation and design proposal materials for manufacturing clients.
-Support environment improvement designs such as heat countermeasure installations.
-Other related tasks.

【Must】
-Bachelor's degree
-At least 3 years of exprience as a BIM (Revit）engineer
-Experience as an Architect (experienced in architectural design and civil design)
-Someone who can design factories and warehouses. (Not just a Revit operator)
-Japanese: N2 Intermediate level　or English: intermediate level
-Someone who can bring a laptop to share their portfolio
