Key Responsibilities:
-Administrative Duties:
• Provide administrative support to the management team.
• Researching on suppliers/vendors/….
• Follow office expenses, procurement, and supplier payments.
• Maintain company records, contracts, and important documentation.
• Support internal coordination between different departments.
• Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations.
• Other tasks as assigned.
-Project Coordinator:
• Coordinate communication between internal, vendors, and clients.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Track project budgets, expenses.
-Assistant Duties:
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle travel arrangements and logistics.
• Assist with correspondence, emails, and document preparation.
• Coordinate personal and professional tasks as needed.
• At least 2 years of experience in assistant/accounting/administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Google suites/MS Office/ Canva/….
• Open mindset, trainable, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• English proficiency, Vietnam native.

Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, plus 2 full Saturdays per month.
