Role Description:

As the Architect, you will be responsible for the following:

• Ensure the proper Implementation of the Project Architecture Design review, ID Design review during project stage.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior and other disciplines to ensure design integrity and constructability

• Control Design schedule and design review timeline.

• Manager the design change during project stages

• Participate in site supervision, ensure the design content on site

• Communicate project progress, status, and issues to client and project stakeholders relative to design work

• Assist with design and construction inspections, punch-list resolution, and final handover processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Architectural Design

• Strong knowledge of building codes, design standards and local regulations

• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Fluent in Microsoft office, Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, MS Project (or similar) and Communication skills in English are preferred.

• Good Interpersonal, communication, decision-making, planning, leadership, reporting, problem-solving, time, risk and conflict management, budgeting skills, interact well with high-level stakeholders.
