Application Engineer - CAM Software

• Customer Needs:Identify customer requirements to offer tailored solutions.
• Software Implementation: Oversee the implementation and integration of software at client sites.
• Consultation & Support: Provide expert consultation on CAD software, offering manufacturing solutions to clients. Provide both remote and on-site support as needed.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct pre-sales demonstrations to showcase our products and solutions to potential clients.
• Training & Post-Sale Support: Provide training sessions and ongoing support for clients after product installation.
• Customer Liaison: Serve as the bridge between customers and our product team, particularly for large enterprise accounts, to strengthen sales relationships.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sale teams to understand customer needs, strategize tailored solutions, and ensure successful product delivery.
• Reporting: Report key business results and progress to leadership.
• Additional tasks: Perform other responsibilities as required by supervisors.

• Advanced English Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Production Design, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• CAD/CAM Software Knowledge: Solid understanding of CAD/CAM software; experience with Mastercam, Visi Cam, Work NC, Cimatron, NX, PTC CREO or similar software is a plus.
• CNC Machining Knowledge: Familiarity with CNC machining and making post processors is a plus.
• Business Trip Availability: Willingness to go for business purposes.
