Mô tả công việc:
- Interact with customers by phone, email, and meetings to provide support, process information, and respond to inquiries, concerns, and requests for products and services. (Problem Solving)
- Provide technical support to customers on all aspects of SOLIDWORKS software, troubleshoot, and contact Dassault Systerm on behalf of customers to resolve customer issues. (Technical Support)
- Introduce SOLIDWORKS products to customers.
- Update software information and user response.
- Collaborate with teams to support activities for SOLIDWORKS events.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Have experience in SOLIDWORKS/similar software or in the Mechanical/Manufacturing industry.
- An engineering degree is required.
- Experience in Mold design is an advantage.
- 2+ years of experience in using SOLIDWORKS or other CAD software.
- Having a customer service mindset, good planning and scheduling, and capability in multi-tasking.
- Speaking and writing in English ability is an advantage.
- Already have SOLIDWORKS certifications (Or have the ability to study and get all the certificates during the probationary period).
