TNM Digital is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner and an IT company under the Rohto Phamarceutical, headquartered in Japan. We deliver Microsoft business applications and digital solutions for clients across Vietnam, SEA, Europe, the US.
We are looking for an Application Consultant candidate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to join our team and support clients in the Global ERP Project across Europe, the US, and Japan. This is a valuable opportunity for Vietnam-based consultants who want to work directly with international clients, strengthen their consulting capabilities, and gain hands-on exposure in a global project environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Align business processes with standard functionalities and best practices of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Conduct Fit & Gap analysis and contribute to functional solution design.
- Prepare Functional Design (FDD), process documentation, and implementation materials.
- Configure and support modules/processes in D365 F&O based on project scope.
- Support SIT, UAT, training, cutover, and go-live activities.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
02 years – 05 years Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Microsoft Dynamics AX as Functional Consultant / Application Consultant. Experience with other large-scale ERP systems is also acceptable.
Experience in one of the following areas are highly preferred: Supply Chain Management, Advanced Warehouse, Retail, Production, Finance.
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user support.
Ability to communicate clearly with users and project team members.
Willingness to travel/ work onsite for project assignment.
Ability to communicate in English (spoken).
