Chi Tiết Công Việc

Own the Analytics & Reporting Layer:
Design and own the enterprise analytics and reporting framework across all D365 modules - Finance, Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights, Supply Chain, and Project Operations.
Define reporting requirements with business stakeholders for each program phase - Finance first, then expanding through Phases 2 to 4.
Ensure all reports and dashboards align with management, operational, and executive reporting needs across the organization.
Maintain a reporting catalogue - a single source of truth for all dashboards, data definitions, and KPI logic.

Build and Manage Power BI Dashboards:
Design, build, and deliver Power BI dashboards for all D365 modules - Finance (GL, AP, AR, Budget Control, Period Close), Field Service, Sales pipeline, Supply Chain, and Executive KPI scorecards.
Embed Power BI reports within D365 modules to deliver contextual analytics at the point of action.
Develop management and board-level dashboards - clear, visual, and decision-ready.
Own Power BI governance: report versioning, access control, data refresh schedules, and performance optimization.
Work with department heads and key users to translate business questions into well-designed reports.

Data Warehouse - Reporting & Data Model Layer:
Work closely with the Technical Integration Lead who owns the DW infrastructure - your ownership is the data model and reporting layer inside the warehouse.
Design dimensional data models, hierarchies, and calculation logic that support accurate, consistent reporting across all entities.
Define and document data definitions, KPI formulas, and business rules to ensure reporting consistency across departments.
Validate D365-to-DW data sync accuracy - ensure what flows in is what gets reported out.
Support data quality sign-off: target less than 1% error rate at mock migration runs.

Support Program Delivery:
Work with Finance, Operations, and Business Unit leads to gather and confirm reporting requirements at each phase workshop.
Support UAT from a reporting perspective - validate that reports and dashboards reflect real business data accurately before go-live.
Provide post go-live reporting support during hypercare - resolve data discrepancies and dashboard issues quickly.
Document all report specifications, data models, and dashboard designs for handover and ongoing maintenance.

Governance & Reporting:
Attend weekly workstream syncs, bi-weekly program reviews, and monthly data governance meetings.
Co-own the Data Governance Board with the Technical Integration Lead and Data Migration Lead - governing data quality, master data standards, and reporting consistency.
Report on analytics delivery progress and data readiness status at each program governance forum.
Build internal data literacy - work with the Change Management Lead to help users understand and trust their new reports.

You Need to Have:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
4 - 6 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or ERP reporting.
Hands-on Power BI experience - data modelling, DAX, Power Query, report design, and dashboard governance - this is non-negotiable.
Experience building reports and dashboards connected to a D365 Finance & Operations or equivalent ERP system.
Working knowledge of dimensional data modelling and data warehouse reporting layers.
Experience gathering reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translating them into well-structured dashboards.
Strong attention to data accuracy - comfortable validating data end-to-end from source system to report.
Ability to produce clear documentation - data dictionaries, report specifications, KPI definitions.

Nice to Have:
Experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, or equivalent cloud data warehouse platforms.
Microsoft Power BI certification or equivalent.
Familiarity with D365 reporting tools - Financial Reporter, SSRS, or Management Reporter.
Background in distribution, manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors.
Experience working on an ERP implementation program alongside a System Integrator.
