We are looking for an AI / Automation Engineer to design, build, evaluate, and deploy workflow-driven AI Agents for SOCOM. These agents will support post-campaign insights, creator proposals, livestream planning, diagnostics, and data quality management.
This role focuses on practical AI solutions embedded directly into business workflows with human review and governance, rather than standalone AI demonstrations.

Build AI agents that operate on approved SOCOM data, exports, templates and prompt libraries.
Create the first agents: post-campaign insight, creator proposal, livestream planning, diagnostics and data-quality.
Implement prompt orchestration, retrieval/context injection, structured outputs, tool calls, logging and human-in-the-loop review.
Design evaluation harnesses, golden test sets, hallucination checks and SME review scorecards.
Partner with the Data Engineer so agents use reliable semantic tables, not uncontrolled raw data.
Partner with QA to define AI output quality gates before use in leadership or client-facing deliverables.
Document agent scope, limitations, escalation logic and governance rules; choose simple automation where LLMs aren’t needed.

Salary Range: Up to 80 Million VND Gross
Bonus: - 13th Month Salary- Annual Performance Bonus
Allowances: Meal Allowance- Mobile Phone Allowance -Total Allowance: Approximately 860,000 VND/month
Annual Leave Including:- Annual Leave- Sick Leave- Outing Leave
Total: Approximately 18 days/year
