Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • 1. Administrative & Payment Coordination
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to receive requests and collect supporting documents for raising EPRs and processing payments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail distribution, document routing for signatures, and company stamp applications in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure administrative records are organized and up to date.
  • 2. Vendor & Procurement Support
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to source and procure office supplies, equipment, and other requested items.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and smooth coordination.
  • 3. Travel & Logistics Arrangement
  • Arrange business travel for team members, including flight tickets, hotel bookings, visas, membership cards, and other related logistics.
  • Coordinate schedules for company drivers and vehicles to ensure efficient transportation arrangements.
  • Monitor transportation expenses and process monthly payments accordingly.
  • 4. Sales Operations Support
  • Support the Sales team in setting up programs and campaigns in internal systems.
  • Verify and monitor promotional campaigns to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
  • 5. Other Duties
  • Perform additional administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Administration, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in Administration or Accounting are welcome to apply.
  • Basic English proficiency, particularly in reading and writing.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and sense of responsibility.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive mindset with good coordination and communication skills.
  • Willing to learn new tools, improve processes, and continuously develop professionally.
  • Training & Support

  • Hands-on training on core administrative tasks, including EPR processing, payment procedures, document handling, and vendor coordination.
  • Guidance on internal systems, tools, and standard operating procedures.

Quyền lợi được hưởng:

  • Salary: 8.700.000- 10.300.000Gross
  • 100% salary during probation period
