Translation Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive requirements about translation, notarization, consular legalization, etc.
• Support Line Managers in monitoring, controlling and accelerating order progress to meet customer delivery schedules
• Manage and store records, documents, and papers related to orders and clients
• Coordinate with the Translation Coordinator to hand over completed documents to customers by technology delivery, express delivery or direct delivery at the office
• Support recording client needs and feedback
• Coordinate with relevant departments to provide timely support when customers need to adjust or edit translations or notarizations
• Other preparation tasks assigned by Line Manager.

• Candidate must be service-oriented, result-driven, and willing to handle challenging and tough assignments and workload
• Flexibility, proactive, resourcefulness, and enterprising characteristics
• Have a good command of English
• Excellent communication skills
• Seniors or fresh graduates with Economics/EnglishLinguistics and Literature/Business Management background and majoring related.
