Tiktok Operation Manager

1. Build quarterly channel growth plans; manage a mini P&L for the livestream vertical
(revenue; ad/host/giveaway/voucher costs).
2. Deploy short-form, conversion-driving content (pinned videos, recaps, deal highlights)
after each live session.
3. Manage ad/traffic budgets; optimize ROAS; select boost/flash-sale slots; coordinate with
affiliate partners when appropriate.
4. Ensure compliance with TikTok policies; maintain legal checklists, price labeling, and
claims; run the complaint/refund process.
5. Develop growth plans for the TikTok channel and TikTok Shop.
6. Participate in interviews, advise, and source talent for livestream operations.

1. College/University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years’ hands-on experience operating on TikTok and running TikTok Live.
3. Expertise: content production planning; livestream operations oversight; team
staffing/allocation and management; advising on purchasing plans; ensuring sufficient
stock for livestream teams.
4. Skills/qualities: strong ownership, effective communication, sharp problem-solving, and
solid interviewing & candidate screening skills

5. Have good English or Chinese communication skills.
