Staff of IT Department - IT System Admin

• System administration and maintenance (Servers, network, database, PC, IT equipment…)

• System operation (package softwares or business applications: AD, OpManager, Service Desk Plus, CyberArk, Log360, Tenable One, etc)

• Installing and configuring new hardware and software.

• Manage and maintain IT assets.

• Quick understand and strictly follow policies and procedures of the bank.

• Provide general IT supports to other staff.

• Other duties assigned by Team Head & Department Head

• University Graduate in Computer Science or equivalent

• At least 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer.

• CCNA/ Microsoft Windows Server Administration Certified or equivilent is needed.

• Experience in VMware, Hyper-V, Cisco products, Firewall and Security, K8s, vxRail, SAN switch & SAN storage, solid knowledge in LAN and WAN.

• Experience in Backup & restore with Veeam, ARCserve, Active Data Protection & AirGap.

• Experience in troubleshooting of software & hardware: routers, switches, PCs &

Printers…etc

• Having experience in managing and implementing IT projects, ITSM/ ITIL framework.

• Having experience in any development language or RPA is an advantage.

• Having experience in database administration: MS SQL or Oracle is an advantage.

• Having banking experience is an advantage.

• Analytical, creative, dynamic & hardworking.

• Having good presentation & report kills.

• Work under high pressure and willing to work overtime when required
