Sourcing Specialist

Key responsibility

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for components, materials such as IC, PCB, plastic resin, packaging…

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal value.

- Monitor supplier performance against KPIs including cost, quality, delivery, and service

- Collaborate with related stakeholder to align sourcing strategies with project needs.

- Manage supplier onboarding and maintain supplier master data.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply base.

- Monitor global trends in raw materials, tariffs, logistics, and manufacturing that impact the sourcing landscape.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirement:

- Microsoft Office; knowing EPR is a good addition

- Good Command of English Writing

- Sourcing/procurement experience, preferably in the home appliance or consumer goods industry.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Familiarity with supplier evaluation and contract management.

- Willing to travel – need to visit factories in Hai Duong once a week & occasional travel to customer office within Vietnam, ie HCM or Hai Phong
