We are currently seeking an Service Engineer to join our team in Ha Noi city, Vietnam — someone who is passionate about technical service, eager to learn, and ready to ensure the best customer experience through repair, maintenance, calibration. This role requires hands-on technical skills, strong problem-solving ability, and close collaboration with other departments to strengthen Hioki’s reputation for service excellence.

Descriptions

• Perform repair, warranty, and maintenance of Hioki instruments.

• Conduct calibration and ensure service quality according to Hioki standards.

• Troubleshoot and replace defective parts when necessary.

• Maintain service records and prepare basic technical reports.

• Perform other duties as assigned or directed by management

- Ability to work indepently, eager for learning

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Good organization and self-management skills

- Requires minimum 2-3 years of experience in repair/ service of electronics equipment

- Degree (Engineer/Bachelor) or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields

- Hands-on understanding of electronic measuring instruments (preferred)

- Vietnamese & English languages: fluently, clearly (Japanese is an advantage)
