Senior Research Executive

Client development:

• Learn and understand the project objectives, nature of client products and services
• Assist with proposal preparation: research subject matter, background info, etc. Then develop winning proposal
• Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new client opportunities

Design/Field processing:

• To design questionnaires, instructions for fieldwork, quality control
• Monitoring the recruitment of respondents to ensure the right subjects to study, manage end-to-end projects schedule

Implement finance related to the project:

• Supervision of project payment
• Ensuring project carried out in compliance with forecast, at reasonable cost

Analysis/Reporting:

• Analyze data to prepare reports
• Prepare report template
• Develop report outline moderate supervision from manager
• Write detailed findings, formulate conclusion and implication
• Present the report findings to the client
• Supplement, finalize additional requirements (if any) and close the project

Knowledge:

• Qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Understanding of various industries, especially automotive and motorcycle sectors.
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business

Skills:

• Clear, articulate communication in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
• Ability to read, understand, analyze data, and relate it to the market for actionable insights.
• Time management, planning, and organization skills.
• Proficiency in English language skills equivalent to IELTS 7.0 in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
