DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

60% Ensure high-quality and efficient testing operations

1) Always check the testing room temperature and humidity, set the air conditioners,
humidifiers / dehumidifiers when necessary to ensure the testing operations are in proper
testing conditioning.
2) Check the samples received every day: material specifications of thickness, durometer,
measurement, S.G…, and return (or inform) the samples out of spec.
3) Conduct the daily test for the test request and meet the test timeline.
4) Check the machine's status before testing and report to lab superior in case of machine
problem.
5) Assist with lab superior for new innovative materials testing and research, record and
analyze for key test parameters for update or creation of our test protocols.
6) Make best practice of daily test operation arrangement to save testing time or improve the
operation.

40% Coordinate and support the team in driving for improvement and sustainability

1) Keep learning of new test technology (new equipment, test methods, practice…) and attend
the lab cross training, and be able to adopt the plan for exchange of test scope (job rotation)
among the testing sub-teams periodically.
2) Maintain the test equipment in good status, ensure they can work properly.
3) Properly file / store the tested specimens.
4) Keep 6S in the lab.
