Senior Driver Relations Executive (Vietnam)

Joining one of Asia’s most exciting startup as part of the pioneer team in Vietnam! TADA ride-hailing application is the Asia’s 1st blockchain on-demand ride booking service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking care of TADA daily driver activities as well as coordinating with stakeholders and international driver acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute driver acquisition plan across all channels (online and offline)

- Organize offline events, online minigames and other driver related activities

- Work closely with marketing team on how to build good relationship with driver community

- Review driver’s activities and performance across all product lines

- Work with part-timers and submit weekly/monthly reports on team performance, quality, feedback, or other required reports for continuous improvement

The ideal candidate would possess:

- Bachelor's Degree in any field or a Diploma in Transportation/Management or equivalent

- Experience in transportation or delivery industry or any environment that interacts with drivers

- Solid knowledge of online platforms and social channels

- Decent English communication skills
