Exciting Opportunity: Join LEGO® Manufacturing Vietnam as a Facility Project Manager where you’ll lead critical facility projects and ensure the continued strategical and tactical implementation of LCI in the LEGO Group,
the development of in-house professional CI competences and giving input to cross-functional improvements through
the team.
Work Location: Our factory is based in VSIP 3, Binh Co Ward, Ho Chi Minh (formerly called Hoi Nghia Ward, Tan Uyen - Binh Duong). Shuttle buses are provided from Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa & Binh Duong

Core Responsibilities:
• Assist managers in implementing LCI tools, processes, behaviors and mindset.
• Contribute to analysis for problem solving needed.
• Arrange and conduct LCI training.
• Develop, support, implement and continuously use global CI standards as well as feedback improvement points to local owners
Do you have what it takes?
• Minimum 3 years of Lean/OPEX/CI experience and manufacturing environment.
• Experience as in Lean/Daily management system deployment phases of manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
• Experience in facilitation of CI workshops
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience as internal/external consultant would be an advantage
• Graduated in industrial management or similar will be an advantage.
• BSc/BA in relevant field such as Engineering or business administration
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Knowledge of MS Office (power BI, Power Automate, and KPIs visualization), ...
• Excellent Aptitude in creative problem-solving
• Disciplined and forward thinking
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with ability to communicate and build rapport with colleagues from and out
of the team
• Embrace and live the LEGO values and consciously act as a role model for a collaborative behavior
• Possible travel
• Proficiency in using English
