- Organize and lead the architectural team to ensure timely and proper execution.
- Develop concept designs, schematic designs, and tender and construction documents for both large and small-scale projects.
- Manage the Revit model, drawing set, and drawing system.
- Coordinate architectural design with engineers.
- Assist in uploading documents on an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) or other specified systems, if necessary.
- Attend meetings and presentations.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and documents in English for client and consultant meetings, if required.
- Actively ensure that the project(s) adhere to client requirements and comply with VN codes.
- Contact and meet suppliers.
- Prepare material schedules and any other required schedules.
- Prepare specifications.
• Experience:
- Candidates with nationalities other than Vietnam or Viet Kieu with bilingual language skills, including fluent English, are preferred.
- Architectural qualification, Master certification is preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience.
- Experience with high-rise buildings and hospitality projects.
- Experience in preparing CSI Master Format specifications.
- Experience with interior fit-out projects is a plus.
- Experience working on international projects is an advantage.
- Experience in concept design stage, understand of render process, and capable to do architectural presentation
