Senior Architect

• Participate in the design and delivery of aviation and healthcare projects, from concept to construction;

• Develop architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials for internal and client use;

• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met;

• Contribute to design discussions, providing creative and technical input;

• Ensure compliance with design regulations, codes, and company design standards;

• Support knowledge sharing, mentoring, and teamwork within the Architectural Department.

Minimum Education/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s is an advantage);

• Practicing License in Architectural Design is a MUST for Senior level.

Minimum Years/Type of Experience

• At least 03 years of working experience in architecture (aviation and healthcare experience not required).

Language Proficiency

• English: Professional;

• Additional languages: Fluency in other languages is an advantage.

Technical Competencies

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and rendering tools;

• Knowledge of BIM workflows and project coordination;

• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes and standards;

• Good visualization and presentation skills.
