Mô tả công việc:

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for achieving personal sales targets and quarterly KPIs, growing market share and penetration


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage and visit existing accounts, key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction

- Build relationship and penetrate customer in territories

- Establish new accounts by identifying and visiting NVPC (Non-Visit Potential Company)

- Drive and update sales pipelines in CRM actively

- Update CRM regularly (daily) according to policy

- Provide and present MT products and applications to customers

- Provide on-site seminars to key account and e-seminar to generate territories

- Comply with corporate guidelines

- Regularly interact with other departments to ensure a smooth business process

- Manage project timeline & ensure project workflow


Yêu cầu công việc:

- Bachelors in engineering (Automation, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Food Science)

- Language: Good level of English, written and spoken.

- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects/ products.

- Willing to travel


Experience:

- About 2-3 years in sales (preferably of equipment to industrial clients).

- Understanding of local market and key segments.

- Convincing presenter and professional communicator.

- Action-oriented and self-motivated, outspoken with excellent listening abilities

- Dynamic and adaptive, looking to develop her/himself continuously
