R&D Manager / R&D Director

- Ensure the organization and development of research and planning for new product development in alignment with company strategy.

- Improve product quality to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with the CEO’s directives.

- Ensure technology transfer and production process implementation from R&D to the factory, ensuring compliance with company requirements.

- Control raw materials, production parameters, and product quality to meet consumer expectations.

- Ensure compliance of raw materials and products with legal regulations.

- Research and propose new equipment, technologies, and raw materials to the CEO to guide the company’s product strategy.

- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- At least 10 years of experience in the field of research and development of fast-moving consumer food products.
- Experience in the production of instant noodles, porridge, and pho is an advantage.
