R&D Engineer - Tire Industry (Korean/ English)

- Participate in test tire making and performance evaluation for product development.

- Conduct half-products quality control to ensure consistency with design standards.

- Perform test tire cut-sample checks and structural analysis for compliance verification.

- Carry out test tire cut control to evaluate tire structure and performance.

- Understand and modify tire specifications according to project requirements.

- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the tire-making process and production techniques.

- Contribute to projects aimed at improving OE (Original Equipment) rate and product quality.

- Support cross-functional teams (Production, QC, QA) in solving technical problems.

- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Material Science, or related fields

- Language: Fluent in Korean or TOEIC 700 or higher.

- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the tire R&D or manufacturing

- Skills & Knowledge:

+ Understanding of the tire manufacturing process.

+ Knowledge of tire components and structure.

+ Knowledge of PCR, LTR and TBR

+ Ability to evaluate and understand tire performance.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional departments.
