Mô tả công việc

Assist with administrative tasks, which currently occupy approximately 20% of the team's time. These include preparing test data, addressing support inquiries and service ticket issues, and monitoring the status and priority of service ticket requests.
Conduct preliminary testing and validation to ensure product readiness before release.
Support the research and evaluation of roadmapping and prioritization tools to enhance transparency and consistency in decision-making processes.
Other works assigned by the Supervisor.

Current undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduate from business, data analysis or related fields
Having relevant experience through real work or extracurricular activities is preferred.
Having relevant experience with analysis work.
Willing-to-learn and Willing-to-do mindset
Ability to work independently yet efficiently with use of computer
Be able to commit at least 32 hours of work per week (onsite).
