Product Development Technician

- Coordinate with relevant team such as Sales / customers / US team and communicate with Data Controller / Graphic / Operation / Quality team in preparing layout artwork, specification & sample receipt for quotation and sample development
- Coordinate with packaging engineer / process engineer to create right specification of each item into the system
- Distribute Specification, quality requirement and color target (printing follow) to Technical & Production Team before sampling
- Review with checklist during each product development step to ensure product is perfect before submitting to Sales
- Coordinate with Operation / OS / QC to ensure to get improved and qualify product if 1st submission is failed
- Negotiation with supplier on cost, sample lead time and some outsource production planning
- Submit pricing to Sales and also to team members across r-pac regions
- Support 1st bulk & mass production to ensure smooth and continuous product development operations
- Report to manager and daily system automatic report on the progress of each project
- Perform other duties as assigned

• Graduated of Printing/ Packaging Technology
• Foreign language: English
• None experience required.
• Ability to work independently, interact and cooperate well
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Observation, judgment, analysis, synthesis skill
• Computer skill: Microsoft Office / Adobe Acrobat / Ai/ Photoshop / Artios CAD / 3D referring or printing / prepress application
