Process Engineering Supervisor (Water Treatment) - Hung Yen Factory

· Oversee the execution of new project implementation plans for machinery upgrades, program enhancements, and system verifications to ensure safety and quality.

· Improve and standardize documentation, standards, measurements, SOP for the water and wastewater treatment operation system.

· Create a comprehensive plan for equipment and machinery inspections and maintenance in water and wastewater treatment.

· Drive initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing water efficiency and maintaining water quality.

· Take charge of and ensure the implementation of 5S and GM activities in work areas.

· Education: Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Food Technology.

· Experience: Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in Food factories with production processes, or water treatment systems/wastewater treatment areas. Familiarity with pumps, valves, and AutoCAD is advantageous.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Possess strong English and communication skills to facilitate effective dialogue with local and international stakeholders, as well as managing the Global Water treatment documents.

· Business Acumen: Demonstrate good common sense in business matters.

· Problem Solving and Decision Making: Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to comprehend and effectively utilize technical concepts and knowledge.

· Self-Motivation and Learning: Display high levels of self-motivation and a proactive approach to learning.
