1. Create, formulate and execute the master production schedule for all sub-departments
2. All calculation of material requirements and requirement timelines
3. Ensure consistent planning, preparation and availability of the materials and semi-prepared products for production.
4. Serve as the liaison for production departments pertaining to planning and material availability
5. Review sales orders, forecast and plan for all material requirements
6. Maintain the full production plan, make necessary adjustments, handle changes due to stoppages, manage anomalies as they arise; all in a trackable manner
7. Validating any system changes if required, such as ECNs and limit material wastage
8. Set up a process for planning production and scheduling job orders across all production departments
9. Work within the organization to develop strategies such as stocking programs, safety stock etc to ensure faster production and material usage, higher inventory turns and reduce loss/wastage of all materials
10. Establish clear and measurable KPIs for the PMC department and all of its team members
11. Execute all ERP/system related inputs, signing and reviewing of any documents as part of the workflow and wider job responsibilities
Qualifications:
· Education:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
· Experience:Minimum of 3 years of management experience in material planning, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
