Operation Executive

• Assist Project Manager in performing below tasks:

• Receive design briefing or design guideline from clients, coordinate with design team to carry out 3D drawing/graphic artwork, liaising between clients and design team to finalize drawing.

• Receive other enquiries/orders from exhibitors, adequately consult them with available services. Customize services if necessary.

• Deal with quotation, contract, tender document based on confirmed design for client's approval.

• Cooperate with show organizer/hall venue to disseminate regulations to exhibitors. Respond promptly to customer inquiries/questions.

• Work with factory, vendors, suppliers to arrange material/schedule for booth production.

• Work onsite at exhibition venue during show moving-in days, ensuring booth to be built and decorated as confirmation version with high quality.

• Act as a key communicator between clients, subcontractors, supervisors and local technicians to complete the project scope. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information, coordinate with internal departments to deliver effective solutions.

• Handle cost, turnover, margin, payment and sale report.

• Fluent in English, especially Listening and Speaking (as more than 70% clients are foreigners)

• Good attitude at work.

• Ability to make quick and firm decision, flexible in solving problem.

• Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks at a short time.

• No experience is welcome.
