Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Actively explore and develop new markets/customers through the internet and online commercial (B2B) websites as the company’s target.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of commercial websites in finding potential customers.
  • Analyze and identify potential markets/customers to discuss and negotiate to get the successful contract, PO.
  • Directly deal with the potential customers until the end of the transaction. (receive order or stop proceeding transaction when the customers are evaluated as not potential).
  • Know Incoterms 2010 and 2020: calculate prices and discuss with customers.
  • Promote sales and develop customer systems by participating in fairs, conferences, events, etc.
  • Arrange meeting schedules and welcome customers to work in the office or visit the factory.
  • Manage the shipment by contacting the shipping line/agent, bank, inspection Company, and other relevant organizations.
  • Closely working with related departments to follow up and ensure the ordering, production, and goods delivery are in process.
  • Other relevant jobs: prepare shipping documents.
  • Doing reports weekly.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • University-College degree: Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Trading, etc.
  • English communication skills.
  • MS Office: proficient.
  • At least 1 year of experience within a similar position.
  • Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Sales skills, high sense of responsibility, good team spirit, driven and target-oriented.
