Market Analysis:Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to find growth opportunities.
Team Collaboration:Work with purchasing, marketing, and sales teams to align merchandise strategies with business goals.
Campaign Execution:Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and special events to increase sales and improve customer experience.
Supplier Coordination:Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of merchandise.
Performance Monitoring:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Reporting:Help create reports and presentations for senior management, providing updates on merchandise operations.

At least 1 year of experience in merchandise operations, inventory management, or retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
