Focus
To manage Distributor performance properly in term of demand planning/ stock delivery /stock ordering/ ware house space & condition requirement / AR status and ensure the efficiency of stock/ merchandising warehouse management at Depot level.

New distribution model is implementing and is one of the strategic initiatives that will support the brand portfolio development and give a chance to build and maintain trade relationship with distributors.
Relationships

Internal: Maintain regular relation with senior of other cross function members
- Jobholder’s immediate supervisor: Regional Manager
- Peer positions report to jobholder: TMIO, Sr. Admin Assistant, Sr. Account Assistant
- Positions directly supervised by jobholder: Warehouse Keeper
External: Maintain excellent and effective working relationship with Distributors/Trade Partners
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Business
- Supervise/Ensure the finished stock at Depot level.
- Ensure the effectiveness of stock order management through sales and DRP forecast exercise.
- Ensure the inventory data on system accurately and on time when required.
2. Leadership
- Provide guideline to subordinate(s) to achieve the target set.
3. Management
- Ensure Distributors operations are accordant with company plan.
4. Relationships
- Keep close relationship with TM&D HQ, Supply Chain Department & other Depots in order to have smooth process of stock flow.
- Create and maintain the link with Distributors in provinces.
5. Innovation
- Take part in field order management activities in reflecting region specific to
ensure the proper process of stock ordering.
- Degree in Foreign Trade & Accounting is pre requisite
- Distribution: A Medium Level understanding of company distribution network
- Experience: Experience in FMCG, trade marketing and related field.
- Supervisory Skill
- Communication: Able to communicate well both verbally and written in English and Vietnamese
- Computer skill: Able to manage computerized records in Excel, Power Point, Power BI
