Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một Kỹ sư Hỗ trợ Kỹ thuật SaaS có kỹ năng kỹ thuật và sự c ẩn thận để gia nhập nhóm hỗ trợ và vận hành. Vị trí này phù hợp với ứng viên có nền tảng vững về SQL, xử lý dữ liệu và khắc phục sự cố, yêu thích việc giải quyết các vấn đề phức tạp và hỗ trợ khách hàng trong môi trường SaaS năng động.

Trách nhiệm chính

• Điều tra, chẩn đoán và ghi lại nguyên nhân gốc rễ của lỗi trên nền tảng SaaS.

• Sửa lỗi dữ liệu người dùng, cả thủ công và thông qua truy vấn/viết s.

• Write and optimize SQL to query, extract, and deliver custom data requests for internal and customer use.

• Transform, clean, and load custom datasets into the platform using SQL and coding solutions.

• Design, improve, and maintain internal support tooling to streamline common support workflows.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to escalate issues, reproduce defects, and contribute to permanent fixes.

• Provide responsive, professional technical support to end-users and stakeholders.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Làm việc từ xa

• 1–3 năm kinh nghiệm trong vai trò hỗ trợ kỹ thuật SaaS, hỗ trợ dữ liệu hoặc vị trí liên quan.

• Thành thạo SQL (truy vấn, joins, updates, xử lý sự cố).

• Có kinh nghiệm về chuyển đổi dữ liệu và lập trình ing (e.g., Python, Node.js, or similar).

• Strong analytical skills for identifying and addressing root causes of defects.

• Understanding of ETL workflows and data quality best practices.

• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical users.

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, cloud services, and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) is a plus.
