Position Summary

As a Junior Architect/ Architect/ Senior Architect at TwoG, you will be an integral part of our design team in Vietnam, contributing to the development of various architectural projects in Vietnam. You will work closely with senior architects and project managers to create innovative designs, support project documentation, and assist in ensuring the highest quality of architectural deliverables.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of architectural projects from conceptual sketches through to construction documentation.

• Create and modify architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

• Collaborate with team members to produce presentations, renderings, and visual aids for client meetings.

• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary data for project development.

• Support the preparation of project proposals, including technical specifications and design narratives.

• Coordinate with other disciplines (SMEP) to facilitate integrated design solutions.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design solutions.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback to improve project progress and team collaboration.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.


Yêu cầu công việc:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

• Having 3-4 years of previous working experiences in an architectural.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Corona

• Strong understanding of architectural principles, building materials, and construction techniques

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Vietnamese, English is preferred

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and design challenges.
