• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of the company’s E-Gaming systems.
• Collaborate with Hardware teams to resolve technical incidents and system-related issues.
• Maintain the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, including computers, laptops, servers, and other office equipment.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, identifying and resolving hardware and software faults.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure components, including workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Administer network systems such as routers, switches, wireless devices, LAN, VPNs, and external partner connections, ensuring timely issue detection and resolution.
• Manage and deploy virtual infrastructure and servers, including VMware vSphere, Active Directory, File Servers, and Web Servers.
• Monitor daily system and network performance; perform regular data backup and restoration tasks.
• Design and implement plans for network security, access control, backup strategy, and disaster recovery.
• Develop internal tools to improve operational and employee productivity.
• Support the Hardware team in setting up, maintaining, or modifying Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot network, system, and application issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in system administration, network management, and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with network concepts such as TCP/IP, routers, switches, VPNs, and firewalls is a plus.
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with virtual environments (e.g., VMware, VirtualBox), Windows Server, or Active Directory is an advantage.
• Understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux), system troubleshooting, and backup concepts is preferred.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly; willingness to take on both hands-on and support tasks.
• Programming/scripting ability (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a bonus but not required.
• Good problem-solving skills, with a logical and analytical mindset.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; able to work effectively with other departments.
• Any prior internship, project, lab work, or self-study related to the listed responsibilities will be considered a strong advantage.
• Interest or familiarity with the E-Gaming or Casino industry is a plus.
