IT Infrastructure

Manage, install, and monitor Infrastructure securities trading system to ensure securities trading systems performance meets company, State bodies's regulations (MoF, SSC, VNX, HNX, HOSE, VSD) and user requirements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, servers and other security devices.

2. Troubleshoot network issues, fix errors, and improve network performance to ensure business stability.

3. Responsible for management and maintenance server systems (Linux, Windows, VMs, Clouds, AD GPO, etc.) including services such as DNS, DHCP, FTP, web server, and others.

4. Set up and manage server backup solutions to ensure data safety and recovery in the event of a disaster.

5. Continuously monitor and solving infrastructure, including servers, networks and related services, to ensure stable operation and promptly detect potential failures.

6. Perform periodic updates of patches, software and hardware upgrades to ensure network infrastructure and servers always operate at highest performance.

7. Coordinate with other departments such as software department, and cyber security to ensure smooth, safe system operation, meeting business requirements.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in network and server administration in financial industry and/ or in securities industry are preferred.

2. Experience with network & system tools.

3. Up-to-date knowledge of methodologies and trends in IT.

4. Knowledge and experience setting up IT and network infrastructure in securities company (prefer), network systems. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.

5. In-depth knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, and network devices (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.).

6. Ability to handle pressure and deadline-oriented project demands, as well as manage multiple initiatives.

7. Communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences at various hierarchical levels.

8. Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
