Intern Sale Support

• Track and update daily performance KPIs of field sales teams across all branches
• Support logistics and operations related to POSM delivery, printing, and distribution to branches
• Assist in monitoring execution of key sales activities and follow-ups with branches
• Coordinate with Sales Admin team to prepare and organize operational reports and checklists
• Be contact point to collect feedback from field teams and escalate urgent operational issues
• Support the documentation and filing of business operations materials
• Provide ad-hoc support for urgent tasks required by the Sales Admin team or Field Managers
• Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

Basic requirements: Language: English ability is an advantage (Optional)

Qualifications:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams
• Willingness to learn, proactive, and responsible
