Create and optimize Etsy listings following SOPs: craft titles, select attributes, write clear descriptions/FAQs, and prepare thumbnails/imagery.
Support customer service: draft timely, friendly replies, escalate edge cases, and help manage reviews, refunds, and disputes under supervision.
Track orders and fulfillment: verify personalization/variants, coordinate with production/POD partners, and ensure on-time shipping and tracking updates.
Maintain compliance: perform basic IP/trademark checks and follow Etsy policies strictly.
Update dashboards and reports: log daily metrics (views, CTR, add-to-cart, conversion, response rate, on-time ship, review score) and summarize simple insights.
Run small A/B tests (e.g., thumbnail or tags) and document learnings.
Collaborate with Design, Operations/Logistics, and Marketing as assigned.
Typical cadence: two inbox checks per day to cover US/EU time zones.

Strong written English for product descriptions and customer messaging.
High attention to detail, process discipline, and willingness to learn; comfortable with feedback and iteration.
Proficiency with Google Sheets/Docs; basic Canva/Photoshop skills for simple edits.
Reliability and time management to meet response and shipping SLAs.
Policy mindset: awareness of IP/trademark risks and commitment to zero violations (training provided).
Availability: >= 30 hours/week (at least).
Nice to have (not required): exposure to Etsy/e-commerce/POD (Printify, Gelato, Printful), and keyword tools (eRank, Alura, EverBee, Marmalead).
