- Manage and ensure the performance and productivity of the design department; take full responsibility before the Board of Directors for all matters related to the department's functions and duties.
- Provide consultation, develop concepts, and propose design solutions based on directives from the Board of Directors and client requirements.
- Develop project plans, monitor timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of assigned projects.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement projects effectively and consistently.
- Resolve technical issues arising on-site related to design.
- Ensure the quality and feasibility of design outputs meet the required standards and client expectations.
- Manage the design team’s operations, including task delegation, technical guidance, drawing review, monitoring, and performance evaluation to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Participate in recruitment, task assignment, training, and development of design staff; propose salary, bonuses, rewards, disciplinary actions, and internal transfers as needed.
- Suggest and implement solutions to improve the effectiveness and productivity of the design department.
- Attend meetings and work directly with clients to gather design requirements and feedback.
- Prepare design quotations and overall design schedules, and communicate these with clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or department head role within creative companies in the same industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in design and build projects.
- Proven ability to manage a team of 3–10 members, with strong organizational and work management skills.
- High aesthetic sensibility; constantly seeks innovation and improvement; creative, detail-oriented, meticulous, and proactive.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; dynamic, honest, and capable of working under high pressure.
- Strong problem-solving ability, clear and logical thinking, with a systematic approach.
- Language: Conversational English required.
