Inspection Supervisor

1. Receive instructions, cooperate and report to the Technical Manager to ensure quality standards of all products manufactured by the company.

2. Arrange, train and supervise quality control staff of finished leather to comply with the quality requirements of the company and customers.

3. Timely grasp and report to superiors and relevant departments about any changes in product quality (if any).

4. Coordinate with Fs team to always grasp customer needs.

5. Regularly check and evaluate staff's for leather classification skills.

6. Coordinate work with other relevant Supervisors to smoothly deploy work and complete it according to the targets set by superiors.

7. Quality check of Machinery working condition and take action for maintenance if required .

8. Check and supervise to ensure that all employees in the area under his management always comply with regulations on wearing full protective gear and safety when operating machinery.

9. Look for opportunities to develop the staff under his management to achieve the goals and improvements define by the Company.

10. Strictly follow the company’s regulations, policies and procedures, including integrity and code of conduct in operating the business.

11. Follow local laws in Occupational Safety and Health and related regulations.

Years of Related Work Experience:

At least 5 years in Tannery or related field

Knowledge Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of leather product types.

• Experienced in classifying leather levels based on customer requirements and Satra standards.

• Have experience working as teamwork and training subordinates.

• Experienced in staff management.

• Know in detail the documents, verifying and ensuring their application.

• Have a progressive spirit and a willingness to learn.

Other Qualifications, Certifications Needs:

Management experience of (shift working pattern) knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, 5S.

Languages Skill:

• Fluent in Vietnamese
• Average in English
• Pleasurable in Spanish
