Export Dispatch Administrator

Job description：

Responsible for communicating delivery information with sales, suppliers, docks, production department, freight operators, warehouse managers, quality personnel, ETC., and coordinating to ensure the export trailer arrangement of finished products.

1. Export trailer dispatch: communicate with export trailer agents and issue instructions to coordinate shipments and trailer dispatch.

2. Local delivery management: arrange for the shipment of finished products to local customers in Vietnam, and make vehicle dispatch arrangements and arrival tracking.

3. Abnormal problem solving: track and handle the loading and unloading of export goods, provide timely feedback on progress, and coordinate the handling of abnormal problems.

4. Export expense reimbursement: responsible for reconciliation of export customs declaration, trailers, local delivery, express delivery and other suppliers.

Skill requirements:

1. Experience in manufacturing enterprises;

2. Careful and responsible;

3. Vietnamese with good Chinese communication skills.
