EPE Warehouse & Logistics Officer - Temporary (8 Months)

1. Warehouse task

Operations Tasks:

- EPE policy and procedures compliance

- Responsible for the normal operation of receiving, sending, and storing raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.

- Supervise the normal implementation of operational requirements and ensure that the accuracy and timeliness of sending and receiving comply with company requirements.

- Responsible for conducting cycle inventory and ensuring accuracy.

- Responsible for communicating with relevant departments to ensure normal operation on site.

- Be good at identifying and solving problems of work and take effective measures for control in a timely manner.

- Responsible for chemicals and consumables store management.

- Responsible for 5S housekeeping management.

- Timely handling of defective and scrap products.

- Follow the forklift operation requirements and carry out daily maintenance of the forklift.

- Actively follow the work arrangements of superiors.

- Rotate shifts as needed, including day and night shifts.

Supervisory Tasks:

- EPE policy and procedures development and compliance

- Responsible for overall warehouse work affairs and daily management, coordinating work between departments

- Responsible for assigning the daily work of warehouse keepers to ensure efficient, accurate, and orderly daily work

- Regularly assess warehouse personnel

- Receive and complete other work tasks assigned by superiors

- Development, optimization, and improvement of warehouse related processes

- Responsible for organizing warehouse inventory work to ensure consistency between accounts and materials

- Analyze and improve the problems that have occurred

- Ensure the first in first out of materials to ensure warehouse utilization and inventory optimization

- Daily 5S management

- Rotate shifts as needed, including day and night shifts

2. Logistics tasks

- To create, maintain and improve overall logistics Planning and Execution (People, Structure & Process) to support LEAN supply chain goods flow.

- Keep good and professional relationship with related government departments.

- Lead Bonded Material e-Handbook Focus Team

- Timely update and deploy Vietnam Customs latest policies and regulations to organization

- Statistical analysis and summary of logistics expenses and monthly import/export/bonded material administration reporting

- Drive KPIs

- Logistics crisis and exception handling

- Make logistics documents and the ability of the preliminary examination and review

- Take care of Logistics documents

- Responsibility for updating related to logistics knowledge and training.

- Coordinate and cooperate with logistics and audit

- Logistics cost control .

- Maintain Logistics standing book.

Education:

- Minimum University Bachelor Degree

Functional Profile:

- EPE factory and warehouse operations experience is a must

- Forklift certificate is a must

- Chemical store handling certificate will be an advantage

- Read and interpret technical engineering drawings will be an advantage

- Must extremely experienced both in the import and export area

- Strong preference: business experience in Semiconductor or Medical industry

- Minimum 5 years EPE factory warehouse experience is a must

- Minimum 5 years working experience in multinational company EPE factory or equipment manufacturing EPE factory will be an advantage

- Experience in EPE factory warehouse policy and procedure development will an advantage

Communication Profile:

- Communication skills in English and Vietnamese are a must, speaking and writing Chinese will be an advantage

Managerial Profile:

- Minimum 3 years team supervising experience is a must

Computer Literate:

- Warehouse system operation experience (EPE factory) is a must

- Microsoft Office operation experience is a must

- ERP operations experience will be an advantage
