Engineering Maintenance Technician (Shift Working)

• Assist in the installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment

• Troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing process and equipment issues.

• Perform, as directed, all necessary maintenance and repair of the equipment in a timely and cost efficient manner.

• Identify and/or implement system improvements that contribute to the achievement of throughput, yield and product performance goals

• Lead the training/upskilling of production associates and technicians.

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing mechanical or process experience

• Associate/Bachelor’s degree in in an engineering/technical discipline or a related field; or equivalent years of work experience

• Having safety first mindset

• Extensive verifiable electrical/electronic and mechanical knowledge

• Extensive Verifiable hands-on troubleshooting/repair skills

• Able to identify recurring issues and develop/communicate improvement recommendations

• Competency in maintaining and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment strongly preferred.

• Able to troubleshoot and solve equipment and process issues on the manufacturing line

• Working knowledge of common Windows computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Good written and oral communications skills in English
