• Support the Senior Category Manager in developing and executing growth plans for the Beauty category on TikTok Shop.
• Assist in monitoring category performance (sales, profitability, brand health), preparing reports, and highlighting key insights.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Service, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
• Support brand acquisition efforts by preparing data, decks, and proposals for potential partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for category expansion.
• Manage day-to-day communication with internal teams and platform partners to follow up on action items.
• Provide operational and administrative support for category projects and brand management tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail, ideally in category/brand management, account management, or commercial roles.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada or other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and reports.
• Good organizational and coordination skills to handle multiple stakeholders and tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint (or Google Sheets/Slides).
