Design Engineer Leader (N2) (21801) _Nam Từ Liêm, HN

One of the clients, which is a manufacturing firm of electrical plating products, is now looking for a Design Engineer leader.
• Design mechanic by CAD
• Design the circuit board plating line by 2D & 3D software
• Innovate the current plating lines
• Managing and supervising the design team to ensure the highest efficiency;
• Training and guiding new and old design staffs. Assign work, urge them to complete assigned work;
• Evaluating ideas of staffs and then make selective decisions;
• Proposing a plan to help improve the working efficiency of the design department;
• Planning and monitoring the progress of assigned projects;
• Evaluating and reporting design progress of each project to the Board of Directors;
• Performing other tasks within the functions and duties of the design department;

1. Graduated from university, college - major of mechanical engineering.
2. Proficient in 3D software
3. Proficient in Autocad 2D
4. At least 5 years of working experience in the same position
5. Good at Japanese – N2 level up
