About the Department
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Key Responsibilities
• Consolidate and deliver leads to Sales team for calling activities on daily basis
• Book and manage end-to-end customer communication calendar
• Draft, brief and follow-up with stakeholders for communication collaterals
• Coordinate Product Managers and BA in selecting criteria for campaigns' customers communication, data verification, fulfillment and report reconciliation
• Coordinate with related stakeholders (external: vendors, partners and internal: MKT, CMOC, ERC, PPU, Finance) on monthly payment management
• Other administrative tasks (printing, scanning, filing, booking events...)
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking/ Economics
• Number oriented and details focused
• Good at Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Familiar with digital and social media marketing concepts
