General description:

VAS was founded in 2004 and has grown rapidly. It is one of a few schools in Vietnam offering to Vietnamese nationals the K - 12 Vietnamese Curriculum to a high standard whilst at the same time teaching the Cambridge International Curriculum.

About this job

We are looking for a CRM Intern to support critical operational needs during the implementation of NetSuite. This role will temporarily support the Admissions Analysis Manager and CRM team leaders with basic tasks, ensuring Salesforce stability while allowing resources to focus on the NetSuite project.

Scope of the role/ Key Responsibilities

The tasks include but are not limited to:

1. NetSuite implementation Support

• Assist Admissions Analysis Manager in executing daily tasks required for NetSuite implementation.

• Support the preparation and execution of test plans and test cases, ensuring thorough coverage.

2. Training, Testing and Documentation

• Support the training team in organizing and conducting training sessions for end-users.

• Support the development and refinement of training materials and user guides.

• Track and document issues and resolutions systematically for future reference.

• Participate in system testing to identify and document any issues or bugs that may impact users.

3. Salesforce Post-Go-Live Support

• Provide daily support to the project team by assisting CRM team leaders with Salesforce-related tasks during the post-go-live phase.

• Provide first-level support to end-users, resolving queries and providing guidance on Salesforce best practices.

• Share user feedback on system performance and user experience with the vendor and development team for continuous improvement.

4. Collaboration and Coordination

• Collaborate with Salesforce vendors, administrators, and project team members to enhance system functionality.

• Collaborate with campus teams to provide end-user support, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the software usage.

5. Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with managing Netsuite and other projects (e.g., Salesforce enhancements, call center operations) to ensure no disruptions to core operations during NetSuite implementation.

• Cooperate with campuses to collect data as well as ensure data accuracy for reporting analysis.

• Other tasks as assigned by CRM team leaders and Admissions Analysis Manager.

• Graduated Student with BA/College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.

• Proficient in software, excel, have basic English level

• Basic understanding of Salesforce and NetSuite platforms is a plus

• Experience assisting in system implementations, data backfills, or user support is highly desirable

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Strong skills of excel and application software

• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadline

• Responsible, innovative, result-orientation, careful, flexible and teamwork
