Mô tả công việc:
- Create engaging and consistent content for kashew’s social media channels (instagram, facebook, tiktok, threads) & website.
- Write copy for posts, blogs, product pages, ads, and brand campaigns aligned with our clean & healthy brand voice.
- Develop and write .
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and deli teams to brainstorm and produce creative ideas for upcoming launches and campaigns.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements or new formats based on audience insights and engagement.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt them to kashew’s brand identity in a meaningful way.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing (F&B, lifestyle, or FMCG experience is a plus).
- Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt tone for different channels (inspirational, educational, fun, etc.).
- Creative mindset with a good sense of visuals and basic understanding of video storytelling for short-form content.
- Trend-aware, proactive, and able to turn ideas into relatable content that builds emotional connection.
- Bonus: Experience in basic video editing, photography, or content production.
- Passion for clean living, sustainability, or plant-based food is a big plus.
