CAD Operator

- Preparing and plot architectural and interior design drawings

- Preparing specifications based on technical knowledge, given information and/or sketch drawings

- Preparing tender, construction, as-built & shop drawings for architectural and interior design drawings

- Producing large scale documentation packages

- Producing fully coordinated and accurate sets of drawings

- Verify that all drawings convey accurate information

- Work directly with different business functions and team members to meet serviceability, functional and time requirements

- Perform self-check of drawing packages to established standards

1) Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies/Interior Architecture; or Associate degree in CAD Drafting or Architectural Drafting/Construction Technology and 3 or more years of design or drafting experience

2) Proficient using Microsoft Office Outlook

3) Speaking English is a plus
